• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

• Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

 

Lynsey Peacock Art does not accept returns or cancellations of Personalised Pet Portraits

• Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note the following:

1. Lynsey Peacock Art retains all rights to all artwork, even those sold & commissioned original paintings.

2. Lynsey Peacock Art retains the right to make reproductions of any artwork created unless the customer has purchased the full rights to the artwork (this is in addition to simply purchasing the original piece).

3. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without prior permission from the artist.

4. The collector has the right to display the artwork in their home or business. Artwork may not be resold or reproduced for profit in any way without the artist’s written permission.
